What types of books do you publish?

We publish eBooks, paperback, and hardcover in the following genres: Business Stories, Commemorative Stories, Fiction (Inspirational), Educational Books, Humanitarian Stories, Journals, Memoirs, Nonfiction, Personal Narratives, and Self-Help.

 

Does Victorious By Design own the copyrights to my book?

No. This will be stated in your publishing contract.

 

Who receives the royalties from my book?

First things first, since your book will be published through Amazon, the company uses a print on demand (POD) system to sell, print, and ship your books. This means that Amazon will print your book, only when an order is placed for it. Your royalties will be calculated based on the sale price of your book less the cost to print your book and administrative fees associated with using the retailer’s website.

 

Importantly, you will receive 100% of your royalties. Your royalties are sent to your bank account based on the payment schedule from Amazon KDP.

 

Who is responsible for marketing and getting the sales for my book?

Authors are responsible for promoting and marketing their books. 

 

Where will my book be sold?

We publish mainly through Amazon KDP so your book will be sold from the retailer’s website and through their distribution network. Also, you can purchase copies of your book (at a discounted rate) from Amazon and sell your book from your personal website.
