Kimberly is a registered nurse and the CEO of Plush Recovery. With a rich history in roles such as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse and a Hospice Nurse Administrator, Kimberly discovered significant deficiencies in pre-and post-operative care during her own surgical experience. Encountering complications with minimal guidance and support, she took matters into her hands, administering her own nursing care. Kimberly’s firsthand encounter with subpar nursing care motivated her to address the issue, leading to the establishment of Plush Recovery.
